Cancellation Policy

At Laserderm Medispa, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients. In order to ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we have implemented the following cancellation policy effective 8/7/23:

1. Card on File: In order to book and secure your appointment at our medspa, we require all clients to have a valid credit or debit card on file. This guarantees your appointment and helps us minimize the number of no-shows and cancellations.

2. No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide the required notice or not showing up for your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of the cost of the service to the card on file.

3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please contact our office during regular business hours by calling 508-752-7113. Our friendly receptionists will be happy to assist you in finding another suitable appointment time.

4. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, please note that your treatment time may be shortened or modified to respect the appointment times of other clients.

5. Emergencies and Illness: We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By doing so, we can continue to provide exceptional service to all our clients and efficiently manage our schedule.

Visual Material Consent

We appreciate the opportunity to share the wonderful work and results achieved by our talented team. We understand the desire to showcase these transformations and share them with others. However, we respect our clients' privacy and understand that not everyone wishes to have their photos or videos shared publicly.

Therefore, we have implemented the following policy regarding the use of client photos and videos:

1. Consent: We will never post or share any photos or videos featuring our clients without their explicit consent. Before using any visual material, we will seek written consent from the client which you can find on our intake form, clearly explaining how the image or video will be used and where it will be shared.

2. Anonymous Option: We understand that some clients may prefer to remain anonymous even when sharing their transformation. Therefore, we offer the option for clients to have their photos/videos shared without revealing their identity. We can either obscure or exclude your face or any identifying features in the imagery. Please let us know if you prefer this option when granting consent.

3. Confidentiality: Regardless of consent, we guarantee that all client information shared with us is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal information, including your name, address, and contact details, will never be disclosed without your consent.

4. Revoking Consent: If at any point you wish to revoke your consent for the use of your photos/videos, please notify us in writing or via email. We will promptly remove the visuals from our platform and cease using them.
